In e-commerce, order status means: The current stage of an order, such as pending, processing, shipped, delivered, cancelled or returned, shown to the customer and the store team.

In Turkish: sipariş durumu

How it is used

Customers check their order status in their account or through a link; support teams check it before answering 'Where is my order?' messages (often shortened to WISMO). Systems update the order status automatically.
