When you purchase a paid Okuzeka plan, billing may be processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record or authorised reseller. This means refund handling, billing support, and transaction review may be routed through Paddle's buyer support flow.
2. Subscription cancellation
You can cancel an active subscription at any time. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and prevents future charges. Cancelling does not automatically create a refund for charges already processed.
3. Statutory withdrawal and refund rights
Where local consumer protection laws give you a mandatory withdrawal or refund right, those rights apply. Depending on the country, digital purchases may include a statutory refund or withdrawal period. Nothing in this policy limits rights you must receive under applicable law.
4. General refund approach
Outside mandatory legal rights, purchases may be non-refundable or reviewed on a discretionary basis. Refund eligibility may depend on the date of purchase, the nature of the subscription or one-time purchase, whether the product has already been used, and any signs of fraud or refund abuse.
5. How to request a refund
If your transaction was billed by Paddle, use the receipt or subscription management links sent in your purchase confirmation email, your billing portal, or Paddle buyer support to request a refund. If the issue relates to product functionality, you can also contact support@okuzeka.com first so we can try to resolve the issue quickly.
6. Technical issues and product defects
If you experience a material technical issue that prevents normal access to the service as described, contact support@okuzeka.com with details of the issue, your purchase email, and the steps already tried. If the issue cannot be resolved and a refund is appropriate under applicable law or billing rules, the request may then be handled through Paddle.
7. Refund timing and access
Approved refunds are generally returned to the original payment method where possible. Timing depends on the payment method and payment provider. If a refund is approved, access to the refunded paid service or subscription may end or be reduced accordingly.
