In customer service, return policy means: A company's rules about whether, when and how customers can return products, and what they receive back.

In Turkish: iade politikası, iade koşulları

How it is used

Often called returns policy in British English. It usually states the return period (for example 30 days), the condition the product must be in, and whether the customer gets a refund, an exchange or store credit. Agents often quote it: "According to our return policy..."
