In business english, on the same page means: Having the same understanding of a situation, plan or goal as the other people involved.

How it is used

Very common in meetings and emails, often to check agreement: 'Just to make sure we're on the same page…', 'Let's get everyone on the same page before the client call.' Neutral to informal.
