In product management, persona means: A realistic but invented profile of a typical user, based on research, that describes their goals, habits and problems so the team can design for them.

In Turkish: persona, kullanıcı profili

How it is used

Personas usually have a name, a photo and a short story, for example “Busy Burcu, clinic manager”. Teams create, build and design for personas. They are only useful if they come from real research; personas made up at a desk can mislead.
