ETA

In aviation, ETA means: Estimated time of arrival: the time at which an aircraft is expected to arrive at its destination or at a point on its route.

In Turkish: tahmini varış zamanı, tahmini varış saati

How it is used

Said as letters: E-T-A. Captains give it in announcements, and dispatch and ground staff plan around it. Related: ETD (estimated time of departure) and ATA (actual time of arrival). Operations usually use UTC.
