In business english, as per means: A formal way of saying 'according to' or 'as stated in', used to refer back to an earlier instruction, agreement or message.

In Turkish: … uyarınca, … doğrultusunda, … göre

How it is used

Very common in emails: 'as per our conversation', 'as per the contract', 'as per your request'. It is correct but can sound stiff, and 'as per my last email' often sounds impatient. Simpler options: 'as we discussed', 'as you asked'.
