Sign off

In interior design, sign off means: To give formal, final approval to a design, drawing, sample or cost so that the next stage of work or ordering can go ahead.

In Turkish: onaylamak, onay vermek, son onayı vermek

How it is used

Used constantly in project emails. British English says sign off the drawings or sign them off; American English often says sign off on the drawings. The noun is sign-off. Getting written sign-off protects the designer if the client changes their mind later.
