In human resources, annual leave means: Paid time off work that an employee is entitled to each year for holidays and rest, usually counted in days.

In Turkish: yıllık izin, yıllık ücretli izin

How it is used

The formal UK term in contracts and policies; in everyday British speech people say holiday. Americans say vacation or PTO (paid time off). You book, take, request or carry over annual leave.
