In management & leadership, RACI matrix means: A table that shows, for each task or decision, who is Responsible, who is Accountable, who must be Consulted and who must be Informed.

How it is used

Used in projects and process design to avoid confusion over roles. Teams create or fill in a RACI matrix, also called a RACI chart. A common rule is that each task has only one A.
