RACI matrix

In project management, RACI matrix means: A table that shows, for each task or decision, who is Responsible for doing it, who is Accountable for it, who must be Consulted and who must be kept Informed.

In Turkish: RACI matrisi, sorumluluk matrisi, sorumluluk atama matrisi

How it is used

Created during planning to avoid confusion about roles. Each task should have exactly one Accountable person. RACI is usually said as one word, “RAY-see”, and people also call it a RACI chart.
