Addendum
Meaning in business english, with examples
In business english, addendum means: Extra material added to a document after its original version was prepared or issued.
In Turkish: ek metin, sonradan eklenen bölüm
How it is used
Used with reports, agreements and proposals. Addenda is a common plural. State which original document the addition belongs to and avoid implying every addition corrects an error.
Example sentences

The later document extends the proposal's content rather than simply restating the original list.
Please read the addendum before the workshop; it contains the exercise added yesterday.
The new exercise is supplied separately because it was added after the main material was prepared.
