Fertigation
Meaning in agriculture, with examples
In agriculture, fertigation means: The application of dissolved fertilizers through an irrigation system, usually drip, so that nutrients reach the roots with the water.
In Turkish: fertigasyon, sulama suyuyla gübreleme, gübreli sulama
How it is used
Common in greenhouses, orchards and high-value vegetables. Growers use a fertilizer tank, venturi injector or dosing pump and must use fully soluble fertilizers. It allows small, frequent doses matched to crop stage.

Flush the drip lines with clean water after each fertigation cycle.
