Reorder point, üretimde yeniden sipariş noktası, sipariş noktası anlamına gelir.
Malzeme tükenmeden yeni sevkiyatın gelebilmesi için yeni bir sipariş verilmesi gereken stok seviyesi. Kısaca ROP denir.
English: The stock level at which a new order must be placed so that the material arrives before you run out. Often shortened to ROP.
Nerede ve nasıl kullanılır?
Genellikle temin süresi boyunca beklenen ortalama talep ile emniyet stoğunun toplamı olarak hesaplanır. ERP sistemleri stok yeniden sipariş noktasının altına düştüğünde otomatik satın alma talebi oluşturabilir. Planlamacılar talep ya da temin süresi değiştiğinde bu noktayı yeniden belirler ve ayarlar.
