Nerede ve nasıl kullanılır?
Kısaca 'the control' (kontrol) da denir. Laboratuvarda pozitif kontroller (etkiyi göstermesi beklenen) ve negatif kontroller (etki göstermemesi beklenen) kullanılır. Uygulama yapılan gruba experimental group ya da treatment group (deney grubu) denir.
