The Hidden Path Story — книга для чтения (A2)

Ali likes adventure. He often walks near the forest, but he never goes too deep. His mother says, “The forest is not safe. Stay close to home.” One day, Ali meets his friend Zeynep. She is curious and brave. She says, “Let’s go inside the forest today.” Ali feels nervous, but he also feels excited. He says, “Okay, but we must be careful.” They walk into the forest together. The trees are tall, and the light is soft. Birds sing, and the air is fresh.

After some time, they see something strange. There is a small path that Ali has never seen before.

Zeynep says, “Look! This path is new.” Ali looks around. “I don’t know this place,” he says.

They follow the path slowly. The path is narrow and quiet. They hear only their footsteps.

After a while, they find a small wooden sign. It says, “Hidden Path.” Zeynep smiles. “This is exciting!” Ali feels a little scared. “Maybe we should go back,” he says.

But Zeynep says, “Let’s go a little more.” They continue walking. The forest becomes darker. The trees are closer, and the air feels cool.
