Present Perfect Continuous
have/has been + 動詞の-ing形で、過去に始まり現在まで続く動作や、直前まで続いていて現在に影響する動作を表します。継続時間や活動そのものに注目します。
使い方のポイント
I have been studying for two hours.は勉強の継続を強調します。完了した数や成果を強調する場合は現在完了形が適しています。
