Passive Voice
be動詞 + 過去分詞で、動作を受けるものに焦点を当てます。時制はbe動詞で示し、行為者を明示するときはbyを使います。
使い方のポイント
The book was written in 1950.のwrittenは過去分詞です。行為者が不明、明らか、または重要でない場合はby句を省けます。
